2. Low Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem can have a negative impact on your life by predisposing you to defeat, discredit, embarrassment, shame, suicidal thoughts, and mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. Your level of perfectionism is at its peak, and if it is not met, you will become frustrated. You are constantly feeling guilty and dwelling on your mistakes from the past, and you are prone to self-criticism, intense fear, worry, inferiority complex, and self-doubt. Setting boundaries and maintaining a healthy relationship with others and with yourself will be tough for you.
